I believe in such uncertain times, investing your time and energy into a Fitness Programme can have a huge impact on your Physical and Mental Wellbeing. My Personal Training and Group Fitness Programmes are  designed to be sustainable and help you reach and maintain your health, fitness and wellbeing goals in a comfortable environment. Following your initial consultation, I will work with you to design a Exercise Programme that meets your needs. Chose from from  1-2-1 Personal Training to small groups of 5 I have carefully planned a range of Fitness Programmes that can suit your ambitions, lifestyle and budget. 

Group Training

If you are looking to exercise in a group environment with a maximum of 5 persons, I have a designed a choice of COVID-19 secure Fitness Programmes to suit. iRehab is a daily rehabilitation programme held from The Riverside Suite. iRehab sessions are most suitable for fitness beginners specialising in weight loss, cancer rehabilitation, confidence building, reducing blood pressure, postural correction, senior fitness and reducing pack pain as well as gains in muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness and improved flexibility. iRehab sessions are held Monday - Friday between 9.15am-10.15am & 10.30am-11.30am

iGym is a new Fitness Programme I am launching in 2021. iGym sessions will be held Monday - Friday between 3.30pm-4.30pm & 4.45pm-5.45pm. iGym sessions are designed to accommodate all users benefiting from exercising in private booths in a safe environment. Please select your Fitness Programme below for more information. 

All group Fitness programmes are currently on hold due to National Restrictions. I am hoping these sessions retrun later in the year.

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2004, helping clients from a variety of backgrounds feel good and look great. Specialising in 1-2-1 Personal Training from The Riverside Suite, I enjoy working long term with clients helping them to achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether you’re training to tone up, add muscle, increase energy levels or become pain free , 1-2-1 Personal Training will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great in no time. Personal and Couples Personal Training is available from Monday 19th April, as we move into Step 2 of the Roadmap.
