During this latest Lockdown, I will be running a set of online workouts so you can keep on top of your fitness programmes.


Monday 10am - Senior Fitness (Resistance Band)

Tuesday 715am - Stay Sharp (Bodyweight)

Wednesday 10am - Senior Fitness (Resistance Band)

Thursday 715am - HIIT

Saturday 715am - Stay Sharp (Bodyweight)


 It's handy (but not essential) if you have a resistance band for the above sessions.  If you would like to attend any of the above sessions please contact me and I will provide you with the Meeting ID and Passcode.


Sessions are individually priced at £6 or £30 for 6 Sessions. All sessions are 40minutes in durantion.
